In this episode of The Dream Work Project Podcast I talk to Betty Esperanza, the founder of Skateboards For Hope.

Betty discusses her journey to find and pursue the works see loves. She reflects back on some of the skills she has, even at an early age, and how she has been able to “connect the dots” by matching her natural skills to something she is passionate about.

Betty Esperanza lives her dreams giving away used skateboards, longboards and gear donated by amazing do-gooders.  She is using recycled skateboards and longboards as a tool for hope, building sustainable community projects for youth all over the world. The mission is to shred taboos associated with skateboarding, long-boarding as well as social stigmas linked with the sport. The skateboard and longboard communities are extensions of a better society.
